In CIF, the seller is responsible for transporting the goods to the nearest port, loading them on board and paying for them to be delivered to a port selected by the buyer. The seller is also responsible for paying insurance for the goods.

How do I create a Buyer account? 

1. Press “Login / Register” in the upper right part of the screen. 

2. Select “Create account”. 

3. Then select “Buyer” and fill in all the information requested. 

4. Read and accept the terms of use and privacy policy. 

5. Press “REGISTER”.

How can I view Subscription Packages? 

1. Log in to your account through the home page. 

2. Click on your company name (username) located in the menu at the top right of the screen and then select the box with your company name from the options bar appeared. 

3. At the bottom of the page you will find the table containing the benefits and costs of the subscription packages. 

How do I purchase a Subscription Package? 

1. Log in to your account through the home page.

4. Press “Select” on the package you wish to buy. 

5. Select “Upgrade subscription”. 

How do I define the products I want to display? (applies only to those who have purchased a subscription package) 

1. Log in to your account through the home page. 

2. Click on your company name (username) located in the menu at the top right of the screen and then select “My account”. 

3. In the vertical menu appeared on the left of the page, select “MEMBERSHIP”. 

4. Under the choice “Select Featured Products for Homepage” select the products you want to display. 

5. Then press “Save”. 

How can I change the password? 

1. Log in to your account through the home page. 

2. Click on your company name (username) located at the top right of the screen and then select “My account”. 

3. Look for the “CHANGE DETAILS” option in the vertical menu appeared on the left of the page.

4. Enter the new code in the “Change code” field and again the new code in the “Confirm code” field. 

5. Then press “Save”.

How do I contact a Seller? 

1. Log in to your account through the home page. 

2. Next to product search, select “PRODUCTS” and then “SUPPLIERS”. 

3. Search for the Seller you want in the search form and select him. 

4. Press “COMMUNICATE WITH US”. 

5. Fill in the contact form and press “SEND MESSAGE”. 

6. Alternatively, search for the product of the seller you wish to contact with. 

7. On the right side of the page, fill in the contact field with the message you want to send, read and agree to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, and press “SEND MESSAGE”.

How do I know if the Seller has accepted my order? 

After you send your order, the Seller will send you an order confirmation form. You will receive a notification on the ‘bell’ icon next to your business logo on all pages of the platform. You will see there all the details of the order and delivery, in order to proceed with its implementation.

What Verified Seller badge means?

Allantin can verify an account through valid procedures and security measures regarding product control and business validity.We start reviewing a business when they have a paid subscription and a verified payment method.After a business successfully passes all the checks it earns the “Verified Seller” badge.
