ACRYLAN MAX White 10 L

Very high resistance mat NANO – ACRYLIC innovative color for exterior masonry surfaces, trihybrid nanotechnology (TRIBRID NANO TECHNOLOGY: Silica – Acrylic – Silicone). By using it, delays in application due to extreme weather phenomena are avoided and the painting season is extended. It offers top quality, brighter, more color-stable and cleaner facades, since it prevents, due to its properties, the accumulation of inorganic, organic and biological pollutants (e.g. fungi, algae) over time. Its strong inorganic base allows painted surfaces to dry quickly and “breathe” when wet. Due to its excellent adhesion, it can be applied to new and old surfaces made of plaster, concrete, silicate and silicone paints, ETICS
etc. with proper preparation.

Acrylan MAX based on tri-hybrid nanotechnology, combines all the advantages of silicate, acrylic and silicone based paints offering high value to buildings where it is used as paint and protection, offering lower maintenance costs due to its significantly longer lifetime on these surfaces as well as a very low carbon footprint in its life cycle. Acrylan MAX is certified by the University of Athens, Department of Physics, for its properties and as
cool color and characterized by a high reflectance value (SR), high emissivity (ε) and high solar reflectance index (SRI).

SHADES

Available in white and in an unlimited number of shades through the Vitex Coloring System.

FINISH

Available in Bright Matt finish. The surfaces must be clean, dry and smooth, without dust, oils or any friable materials.
Acrylic Putty is used for filling the holes and patching any cracks.
Old surfaces are recommended to be primed with Vitosin, while old surfaces with silicate and silicone paints are primed with Acrylan MAX diluted by 15%.
New plaster, concrete, brick, etc. surfaces, as well as troweled surfaces are primed with Durovit or Acrylan Unco Eco.
In the case of dark shades on the surfaces, it is recommended to apply pre-colored primer Vitex PreColor Primer, depending on the final shade and based on the color cycle.

APPLICATION

The product is stirred well before use. It is applied in two layers by roller, brush or airless gun and diluted up to 10% with water. It still applies when the air, surface and material temperature ranges from 5°C to 45°C for 50% RH. Maximum application humidity 80%.
The use of Acrylan MAX significantly reduces drying and repainting time. Touch drying is 30-45 minutes and repainting time 1-2 hours at 25°C and 50% relative humidity. Drying and repainting times depend on temperature, humidity, wind and film thickness.
The application of the color can be completed 30-60 minutes before the appearance of rain or dew depending on the shade (from 5°C and above and relative humidity 50-70%). Cooler temperatures and higher humidity can increase the rain readiness time. Tools are cleaned immediately after use with water and if necessary with soap or detergent.
