VITEX VEROLAC Varnish Color 10-White 0.75L

Verolac is a high-strength, high-strength, solvent-based alkyd varnish, suitable for all exterior and interior metal surfaces. It has great hardness, coverage and gloss that remains unchanged. Due to its special composition, it is an excellent anti-corrosion finish for any kind of metal surface. Its shades remain unchanged in adverse weather conditions and washing. It works softly, spreads very well and offers protection and beauty.

PROCESSING The surfaces must be cleaned with Brush Solvent T 300, dry and smooth, free of dust, oils and sanded with suitable sandpaper. The metal surfaces are primed with an anti-rust primer (Anti-Rust Primer, Minio Primer or Metal Primer). Shiny metal surfaces (galvanized, aluminum, etc.) are primed with Shiny Surface Primer or Wash Primer. APPLICATION The product is stirred well before use. It is applied in two coats by roller or brush diluted 5% with Brush Thinner T 300 or airless gun diluted 5% with Gun Thinner T 350. It must not be applied at temperatures below 5ºC, above 35ºC and/or relative humidity above 80% The product is dry to the touch in 2-3 hours and can be repainted after 20-24 hours. These times vary according to weather conditions (relative humidity and temperature). Surfaces painted with Verolac are washed after 30 days of painting. Rollers, brushes and stains on the floor are cleaned with Brush Solvent T 300 and then with soap or detergent. Guns are cleaned with Gun Solvent T 350.
