The architect also works closely with the client and other stakeholders to make sure that the projects’s requirements and specifications meet the needs of everyone involved. On the other hand a civil engineer focuses on the technical aspects of the construction. This including calculating and and designing the structural elements, analysing the strength and safety of the construction, as well as selecting appropriate materials and construction methods. The civil engineer also plays a significant role in the quality control and ensuring compliance with regulations and specifications. Overall, an architect is responsible for the design and aesthetics of the project, while a civil engineer is responsible for the technical aspects and safety of the construction. However, hey usually work closely together and complement each other to achieve a successful outcome.
